Još jedan krug nevidljive kazaljke. Danas su polja utihnula, a horizont se uvukao u sobu kao siva magla. Na svako "kako si", usne oblikuju - "nekako" – riječ široku poput pustog polja, u kojoj se možeš izgubiti, a da te nitko ne nađe.
Čudno je to trajanje bez koraka. Pronalazim razloge za tišinu, slažući ih kao suho pruće uz ogradu, dok me samo duboko, nevidljivo korijenje još uvijek drži za ovaj prag.
Vrijeme teče, ali se ništa ne pomiče. Samo mrak polako guta rubove ravnice.
Another turn of an invisible hand. Today the fields have fallen silent, and the horizon has crept into the room like a grey mist. To every "how are you," the lips merely form — "somehow" — a word as vast as an empty field, where one can get lost and never be found.
A strange endurance, this, without footsteps. I gather reasons for my silence, stacking them like dry twigs against a fence, while only deep, invisible roots still hold me to this threshold.
